Booked Bike

Saw my first bike with a parking infringement attached today. I knew that they did this if you Park a push bike where your not supposed to but I hadn't seen one before. A lot of the time they just haul the bike away but this one had been locked to a post so it got clamped and a fined. Don't know if demerits apply to parking fines but if a cyclist gets two demerit notices the get sent to mandatory bicycle education. Maybe not a bad idea...
