Houshi
Now at my favourite Ryokan, Houshi in Awazu Onsen in Ishikawa Prefecture. Houshi has been in the same family for 46 generations and they remember me from last time.

Todaiji Temple in Nara is one of the biggest wooden buildings in the world.
