Minoo Hotel

Minoo doesn't have a lot of accommodation but does have a hot springs resort hotel built high on a hill. You need to use this elevator to get to the front door. Iron Chef Chinese Chen Kenichi has something to do with this hotel as his picture is around the entrance to the buffet restaurant.  His signature dish, maps document is certainly on the menu.
