Shabu Shabu

Shabu Shabu is a hotpot meal where meat and vegetables are cooked by swirling each piece in boiling water before dipping them into sauces. I had Shabu Shabu with local Okinawan pork and a sesame and a ponzu sauce. Ponzu is mix of citrus and soy sauce.
